The 'wet room' style bathroom really impressed, especially with the heating fan during the cold winter nights.

The hot water in the vanity didn’t work properly, leading to chilly handwashing. Breakfast reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance, which created a hassle for our group on the last day, as we could only feed half. The Japanese breakfast options were unfamiliar and might not suit everyone's taste. a continental choice would be more appealing.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Kanazawa Zoushi. The Japanese breakfast was delicious, and the evening complimentary udon soup was a delightful surprise. The room was beautifully designed with a cozy atmosphere, and the staff's kindness really made me feel welcome.

It was just a perfect match for a brief hiatus in Kanazawa with definitely value for money. The complimentary udon soup each evening was a lovely touch that made us feel at home. Bring some snacks if you plan to explore the area in the evening.
